Tiger, Frank Jimmie, Frank Willie, Oscar Hoe, Jimmie Billie, Jimmie Henry,
Which specifically required the agreement of Legal Counsel,
Morton H. Silver,
to take its disputes with the United States to the
United Nations if the
Miccosukee Seminole Nation
felt it was necessary.

SUPPLEMENTAL AFFIDAVIT

     Before me the undersigned authority, a Notary Public of the State of Florida In the United States of America, personally appeared BILLIE DOCTOR, a Seminole Indian and citizen of the aforesaid Miccosukee Seminole Nation, and a resident of Dade County, Florida to me well known, who under oath deposes and says as follows:

1. That he is a Seminole Indian and a citizen of the Miccosukee Seminole Nation mentioned in the above and foregoing agreement,

2. That he is one of the official interpreters official spokesmen for the aforesaid General Council mentioned in the above and foregoing agreement,

3. That he was present on July 3, 1955 and July 10, 1955 at meetings of the General Council of the aforesaid Miccosukee Seminole Nation held at Jimmie Tiger’s Village approximately thirty miles west of Miami City Limits of the City of Miami, Dade County, Florida; that at both of the aforesaid meetings Affiant read, explained and interpreted the above and foregoing agreement to the aforesaid General Council, truthfully, honestly, and to the best of his ability; that at Affiant’s invitation, one Frederick R, Von Langen an employee of the Musa Isle Indian Village In the City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, was present at both of the aforesaid meetings and read to Affiant (as did Morton, H. Silver) the above and foregoing Agreement; Affiant states that the provisions and promises contained in the above and foregoing Agreement are the true and correct thoughts, wishes, desires and promises of the aforesaid General Council, as expressed by them to him, and that he has translated and interpreted the aforesaid thoughts and promises of both the said General Council and Morton H. Silver contained in the above and foregoing Agreement, truthfully, honestly and to the best of his ability.

4.   That Affiant states that on July 3, 1955 the General Council told Affiant that they wanted another week to consider Paragraph 2 of the said Agreement………….............................................................................................

that Affiant further states that on July 10, 1955 the General Council told him that they would agree to all the terms in the aforesaid Agreement provided Morton H. Silver would agree to take their claims to the United Nations If they felt It was necessary; and that Affiant saw Morton H. Silver write said provision into said Agreement upon the request of the said General Council.

5. That Affiant Witnessed and identified each of the members of the General Council who put their mark and thumbprint on the above and foregoing Agreement.

6. That Affiant states that the above and foregoing Agreement conforms to the understanding between the aforesaid General Council and Morton H. Silver; Affiant states that he has been present at all conferences between the aforesaid Morton H. Silver and the aforesaid General Council and that Affiant together with one Buffalo Tiger acted as interpreter and spokesman on all such occasions.

7. That the above and foregoing Agreement consists of two pages, inclusive, and contains seventeen signatures of the General Council; and that Affiant understands that this Agreement is a supplementary agreement to the Agreement dated April 10, 1954 between Morton H. Silver and the said General Council.
